HeartKids Stampin' Up! Cardmakers Blog Hop| January 2019

Hello and Welcome to My Blog,

Today I am blog hopping with other Stampin' Up!® Demonstrators to raise awareness of Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) and to raise funds for HeartKids.

HeartKids Australia is an organization helping supporting kids, 
adults and their families by funding life- changing medical research, 
support services and programs from diagnosis all the way though 
their life journey with congenital heart disease. 

The theme for today's blog hop is Love and what better way to share 
the love then this card I have made for my husband for our wedding 
anniversary this month.

The products I used were:

- Stamp Set: Geared Up Garage

- Big Shot: Garage Gears Thinlits Dies

- Card Stock: Very Vanilla and Whisper White

- Classic Stampin' Pad: Real Red

- Classic Stampin' Pad: Smoky Slate
- Classic Stampin' Pad: Mango Melody
- Blender Pens

TIPS: To make this card, I stamped the car first then placed a mask 
over the top of the car and then I stamped with smoky slate over the of that.

Colour Combo Blog Hop| January 2019

Hello and Welcome to My blog,

 Today I am joining in the fun for the first time at Colour Combo and this months colour theme is: Gorgeous Grape, Cajun Craze and Coastal Cabana.

OMG- This colour combo was sure a challenge and out of these colours 
I only had Cajun Craze Classic Stampin' Pad. So I really had to think out 
of the box but I don't want you to think for one second that it's impossible 
until you give it a go, you just might be surprised.

                                And this is what I have come up with:

The products I used were:

- Stamp Set: Incredible Like You 

- Big Shot: Stitched Shape Framelits

- Card Stock: Whisper White and Coastal Cabana 

- Designer Series Paper: Brights

- Classic Stampin' Pad: Cajun Craze

- Basic Jewels: Pearl

TIPS: To get a lighter image as I have done in this card- the technique is called stamping off and this is where you would ink up your image and stamp onto a scrap piece first, then onto your cardstock as desired. It's as easy as that.
