A tic tac toe is a board where you choose 3 items or techniques in a row- Today I have chosen Christmas, Embossing and Circle.
And this is what I have made:

- Card Stock: Whisper White and Real Red
- Designer Series Paper: Under The Mistletoe

- Classic Stampin' Pad: Soft Suede
